新生猪缺氧缺血性脑损伤动物模型及脑损伤组织病理学观察

Observation on the Animal Model of Hipoxic-ischemic Encephalopathy and the Change of Pathology in Newborn Pigs

３０只出生３日内乳猪，随机分为不同缺氧缺血时间及正常对照组，结果显示乳猪缺氧缺血６０分钟出现明显缺氧缺血脑损伤表现。不同缺氧缺血时间的脑组织病理观察发现：各组均出现脑水肿，但３０分钟以上最明显。３０分钟组及６０分钟组均可见脑软化，脑室、脑实质及蛛网膜下腔出血，但以６０分钟组发生率最高，病变更显著。

Thirty newborn pigs within 3 days oflife were randomly divided into different groups ac-cording to the time of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopa-thy.The results showed that the brain damage andpathologic changes were most obvious in the 60 minhypoxia-ischemic group. Brain edema was observed inevery group,especially in the group where hypoxia-is-Chemic lasted for more than 30 min.Cerebromalaciaand hemorrhage in ventricles of brain and in arachnoidwere observed,and these were particularly noticed inthe group where hypoxia-ischemia lasted for 60 min.
