力克舒胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因和盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定

Determination of Paracetmol caffeine and Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Likeshu Capsules

作者采用提取分离—分光光度法，用同一份称量样品，测定力克舒胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因和盐酸麻黄碱三种组分的含量，其回收率分别为９７．５１±０．６４％（ｎ＝９），９８．２４±１．０４％（ｎ＝８），９８．５８±１．０９％（ｎ＝９）。胶囊中其他组分和辅料不干扰测定。样品测定结果与用ＨＰＬＣ法测定结果相符。

Paracetmol(P),caffeine(C)andephedrine hydrochloride(EH ) are there physiologicalactive component in Likeshu capsules. We have pro-posed the determination method of these three compo-nents using extractive separation-spectrophotometry.Only one amount weighed of sample is requied todetermine them.The recoveries of P,C and EH were97. 51±0. 64%(n=9),98. 24±1. 04%(n=8)and98. 58 ± 1. 09%(n=9)respectively. The results ofdetermination of samples agreed with those of theHPLC methd.This method is sensitive ,accurate andsimple,The other ingredients of Likeshu capsules donot interfer.
