颈动脉鞘封闭治疗声带小结等160例报告

Clinical Application of Carotid Sheath Blocking(Report of 160 Cases)

采用利多卡因加干扰素，作颈动脉鞘封闭，治疗声带小结、声带息肉术后残存、急性喉炎、慢性喉炎等疾病１６９例，近期疗效８７．５％，此法简便易行，疗效好，无痛苦，无副作用，病员易于接受，有复发者可复重使用。

One hundred sixty cases of vocal nodules,and remnant of vocalpolyps after operation,acute laryngitis, chronic laryngitis and interferon as blocking agent etc.were treated by carotid sheath blocking with lidocaine.The short term effective rate was 87.5%.It was a good treatment for these patients,it had no pain and no side effect.It was easy to be mastered.The patients were ready to accepe it.It could be used repeatedly when the disease recurred.
