鼻塞是慢性鼻炎的主要症状，药物治疗无效下鼻甲增生者多采用手术治疗。作者对８２例患者的１４７侧下鼻甲作了功能性整形术，术后随访２年以上，有效率达９２．６８％。该术式不损害鼻腔的粘膜上皮，完全维持了鼻腔的正常生理功能，是一种功能性整形术。与其他术式相比，具有使患高痛苦小，失血少，无术后并发症，简单易掌握，疗效持久等优点。

Nasal obstruction is the main symptom of chronic rhinitis.If no effect after using nose drops,operation might be used for the hypertrophic inferior turbinate.One-hundred forty-seven hypertrophic inferior turbinates in 82 patients had been treated by functional inferior turbinate plasty. The effective rate was about 92.68% in more than 2-years follow-up.The plasty had the advantages of less postoperative bleeding,pain and complications.It was easy to perform and the good results remainsed.
