摘要
本文报导应用前瞻性研究方法对１９９２年１月至１９９３年５月间华西医大附一院耳鼻喉科收治的９１例喉鳞癌患者的术后癌标本进行细胞定量研究的结果。采用苏木素染色的３μ切片，在ＭＩＡＳ３００图像仪上进行癌细胞核面积、周长及相对积分黑度测定。结果表明，细胞定量测定技术对喉鳞癌有诊断价值；且不受取材部位、切片及时间因素的影响。为喉鳞癌的图像识别研究及其临床应用奠定了基础。
A puantitative quantitative study of the cellular component wasr reported in 91 patients with laryngeal primary squamous cell carcinomas,which were operated on fromJanuary 1992 to May 1993.The neuclear area,nuclear perimeter and nuclear relative.darkness were evaluated with MIAS 300 Imago Asalysis System at 3-μm-thick hematoxylin-stained sections.The results showed that cellular quantitative method had a diagnostic value and were not influenced by the place where the tissues obtained,and the technique of the sections and the time factor.These findings had a great significance in the image distinguish study and the clinical use.
