摘要 阐述了所研制的三维振实台结构、工作原理、控制方法及振实工艺;对影响砂型振实效果的主要初始参数振动加速度和振动频率作了详尽分析和合理选用;对缓冲空气弹簧的垂直与横向刚度和所需振动电机激振力及其自同步转动的效果进行了详细的计算。经测试验证,实际振动加速度与计算数据基本相符。 In order to obtain highly accurate and good finish castings by the EPC process the drysand,the sand should be perfectly filled into every recess around the evaporative patternwith sufficient compactness without spoiling the EPC pattern,To do this,a molding ma-chine with a 3-D vibrating compact table at high frequency and low vibration amplitude hasbeen developed and has been operating satisfactorily in production,The structure,principle,control and operating procedure of the machine are described.The main parameters,such asthe vibration acceleration, vibration frequency,which will affect the vibration performance,are discussed. The rigidity of the air spring buffer in the vertical and horizontal direction,the exciting force to be provided by the motors,and the effect of self-synchronizing rotationare calculated in detail. Test results show a good agreement between calculated vibrationalacceleration and the measured one.
