摘要
研究了一种以MCS-51系列单片机为主机的实型铸造用振动造型机的控制系统,其硬件由8031、存储电路、I/O电路、显示电路、隔离与驱动电路、执行机构等组成;软件采用了模块化结构,设计有调整、点动、半自动、自动四种工作模式。并采取了增加系统工作可靠性及抗干扰能力的措施。该系统工作可靠、操作方便直观、成本低,能满足生产要求。
A Control system for the virating moulding machine in full mould process with a seriestype MCS-51 single-chip micro computer has been developed.The hardware consists of8031,the memory circuit,I/O interface,display circuit,buffer and driver and actuator. Themodular structure is adopted in software design and the parameters of the moulding machinecan be easily set and detected.According to the needs of the moulding process,four working modes,i.e. ,the adjusting,single cycle,semi-automatic and fully automatic modes are pro-vided.
