摘要
首次采用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机进行了不同金属材料相变超塑性焊接过程及接头性能的探讨。试验证明低碳钢、铸铁及A3-T8异种钢接头利用相变诱发的超塑性状态来进行固相焊接是可行的,作为介于一般压力焊与扩散焊之间的一种新焊接方法,相变超塑性焊接对很多金属材料的连接具有一定的应用前景。
The Gleeble thermal mechanical simulation technique has been used for the first time toinvestigate the transformation superplasticity welding and the performance of the welds withdifferent iron and steel materials.Test results show that it is feasible to carry out solid-phase welding for mild steel,cast iron as well as for dissimilar types of steel A3 and T8 pro-vided the superelasticity state induced by phase transformation is utilized.As a new weldingtechnique between pressure welding and diffusion welding, transformation superelasticitywelding is promising in the field of joining of metallic and even non-metallic materials.
