摘要
以ZX7-400型可控硅式弧焊逆变电源为例,阐述了用相关辨识法建模的原理和方法,建立该系统的数学模型,并按二阶工程最佳系统原理设计了闭环控制调节器。实现了焊接电流的恒流输出,改善了系统的动特性,此外还采用单片微机控制焊接电流按预置的工艺曲线输出,提高了该机的使用性能。
The principle and procedure for the identification of the dynamic performance of typeZX7-400 arc welding power source with SCR-inverter by the correlation method are de-scribed.The optimal closed-loop control system is discussed.Test results show that the ac-curate control of the constant current output can be realized and the system dynamic perfor-mance are remarkably improved.The welding current output to be varied according to a pre-set curve and the method of controlling the external characteristic of the power source bySCP are also described.
