摘要
以南阳油田中心仓库水泥干混自动控制系统为基础,着重论述以IPC为核心的微机程控部分的设计方案。该系统运行可靠,并且有良好的人机交互环境,在实际生产运行中取得了良好的经济效益。
Based on the automatic control svstem for dry-mixed cement used in the central ware-house of Nanyang Oilfield,the design of the programmed control part with an IPC is dis-cussed and a new method using I/O blocks to perform the control task is proposed. Thereare 192 circuits of switching in the whole system and only three I/O blocks are used.Soft-wares are used to perform the Chinese interface. During any mixing, users are asked only toread the Chinese message and to press the Y/N key. This should be easy to the workers.Itis shown in practice that the system proposed is cheaper than that with a program logic con-troller and it is reliable in an man-machine interactive environment and profitable.
