摘要
论述了基于知识与实例的回转类零件CAPP实用工具系统的体系结构,信息与知识的获取、表达和管理,以及工艺决策推理控制策略。
The overall architecture of a tool system for the case-and-knowledge-based CAPP andthe acquisition, representation and management of knowledge as well as the reasoning strategies are discussed.The integration of CAD/CAPP/CAM is realized by a product definingsystem. The description of part information is achieved with a shape feature binary tree. Theprocess file is described by a process/operation binary tree. A hierarchical data/knowledgebase is developed based on subtask decomposing strategies. A part classification tree is builtfor the purpose of case management and the similarity (ks) is used for case retrieval whichtakes the place of the GT code and feature matrix with multiple meanings. All these give aflexible and practical hybrid process planning based on case and knowledge.
