摘要
在分析柔性制造系统FMS故障诊断的基础上,探讨了面向CIM设备诊断的信息获取与管理、诊断模型与诊断推理等问题,并讨论了进一步的研究方向。
Bsed on a fault diagnosis study of an FMS,the acquisition and management of the diag-nosis information,the diagnosis model and the diagnosis reasoning for CIM equipment arediscussed.The information flow is the basis of fault diagnosis as well as the key to the devel-ment of an expert system. The diagnosis information consists of self-diagnostic informa-tion,I/O information of the control system and monitoring information. Based on an analy-sis of the structure and function of an FMS,a hybrid diagnostic model containing deepknowledge base and shallow knowledge base is developed and the hybrid diagnosis reasoning(D-S) is implemented.Topics for further study are suggested.
