摘要
为了使图形自动输入技术满足实用化的要求,研制了图形扫描输入系统(GIRS7.0),并对图像预处理、直线段矢量化算法、圆弧识别算法和字符识别四个关键问题作了一些有益的探讨,使工程图形的矢量化效果有明显改进。所提供的实际图例说明了GIRS7.0的实用性。
Owing to the complexity of engineering drawings,it is very difficult to recognize andunderstand them None of the graphic input systems available at home and abroad can give an accuracy of 100%。In order to meet the requirements of CAD users on the automaticgraphic input,the Teaching and Research Group of Computer Graphics of H,U.S.T,hasdeveloped a scanning graphic input system GIRS 7.0 to facilitate investigations on image pre-processing,the algorithm for vectorization of lines,and the algorithm for recognition of arcand characters.
