摘要
研制出一种新的曲轴动平衡机。该机由机械振动、电子测量和微机三系统组成，测量结果用ＬＥＤＳ或ＣＲＴ显示，可以像通用动平衡机那样测量曲轴两测量面上的不平衡，也能够像专用曲轴动平衡机那样测量各校正面上的不平衡。精度指标为Ｕ＿（ｍａｒ）＜１００ｇ·ｍｍ，ＵＲＲ＞９０％。可以用于测量常见的汽车、拖拉机曲轴的不平衡。
A new dynamic balancing macmne for automobile crankshafts has been developed.Itconsists of the mechanical vibration,electronic nleasurement and microcomputer systems.The results of measurement are displayed with LEDS or CRT and the accuracies are Umar<100g·mm and URR>90%.
