内燃机气缸套响应分析的力学模型

A Mechanical Model for the Response Analysis of the Cylinder Liner of Diesel Engines

探讨了作用在内燃机气缸套内壁上的燃气压力、活塞对气缸套内壁的侧压力和冲击、缸盖螺栓对气缸套的工作压力的计算方法，在考虑气缸套外壁冷却水与缸套相互作用的基础上，提出了燃气压力及活塞冲击作用下气缸套响应分析的力学模型。

Calculating methods for the gas pressure,the side force and nonaxisymmetric shock loadexerted by the piston,acting together on the inner wall of the liner,are discussed.The cal-culation of the working force of the cylinder head bolts acting on theliner are also discussed.With the interaction between the cylinder liner and the cooling water outside the liner takeninto consideration,a mechanical model for the response analysis of the cvlinder liner is devel-oped.
