摘要
在具体研究了机床变温变形特性的基础上,提出了基于神经网络确定机床热误差补偿的温度监测点及控制源位置的基本思想和具体实现方法,从而为最佳控制源及温度监测点位置的选择提供了新的思路及手段。实际应用及实验结果证明了该方法的可行性。
Bas ed on a study of the relationship between the temperature variation and the thermaldeformation in a machine tool,a new method for determining the positions of temperaturemeasurement points and compensation sources for thermal error compensation utilizing neu-ral network is proposed.According to experimental data,the neural network is used to de-velop a model for representing the relationship between the thermal displacement and thetemperature of the measurement points, The derivatives of the thermal error with respect totemperature variation of the monitoring points are then obtained from the model and the po-sitions of the temperature monitoring points and compensation sources are determined.Prac-tical application has proved the usefulness of the method proposed.
