摘要 为提高和保证精密镗孔精度,研制了一套基于微机控制的精镗尺寸误差自动预测补偿控制系统。在理论分析的基础上对微量补偿装置的性能进行了实验验证,建立了基于Kalman滤波理论的镗孔尺寸误差预测模型,并据此进行了对比切削实验。 An automatic system controlled by a microcomputer for prediction about and compensa-tion for the dimensional error in precision boring has been developed.it consists mainly of acompensator, a measuring device and a microcomputer-based control subsystem. Theoreticalandlysis and experimental verification of the linearity,the minimum compensation and otherperformances of the compensator have been carried out.The method for overcoming crawl-ing is given and a model for predicting the dimensional error based on Kalman filtering is de-veloped. Experimental resuIts show that the dimensional precision of boring can be as highas IS06 and the systematic errors can be almost entirely compensated while 50%of the ran-dom errors can be compensated.
