摘要
在滴管炉上对烟煤煤粉气流着火阶段燃烧特性进行了试验研究。研究表明,高浓度煤粉的着火是挥发分燃烧的均相着火,初期挥发分均相燃烧生成CO,当煤粉浓度降低时,着忙方式由均相着火经联合着火向非均相着火过渡。此外还对煤粉粒径的影响进行了研究。
An experimental study on the ignition and early combustion characteristics of pulverizedbituminous coal of high concentration has been made in a drop tube furnace. It has beenfound that homogeneous ignition takes place when the coal concentration is high.The earlycombustion is of gas phase reaction of volatiles and mainly generates CO. When the coal con-centration decreases, the ignition mode changes from homogeneous to joint hetero- homoge- neous and then heterogeneous ignition. The effect of the pulverized coal size is also investi-gated.
