摘要
建立了内燃机气缸套在非轴对称冲击载荷作用下的动力响应模型,考虑了气缸内的燃气压力随曲轴转角的变化规律、活塞对气缸套内壁的侧压力和冲击载荷、气缸套外壁冷却水的作用等。通过实例计算,说明了该模型的可行性,并获得了一些有益的结论。
A dynamic response model is developed for thecylinder liner of a diesel engine under theaction of nonaxisymmetric shock load.In the model, the variation of the gas pressure in thecylinder with the crankshaft rotation, the piston side force and shock load acting on the innerwall of the liner and the effect of the cooling water outside the liner have been taken into ac-count Case study shows that the model proposed is feasible and some useful conclusions aredrawn.
