摘要
研制了针阀体座面(内圆锥面)形位误差及表面粗糙度的专用测量系统,该系统由直角弯头测杆、柱面全息衍射光栅位移传感器及气浮式精密回转工作台等构成,传感器的分辨率为0.005μm;整个测量系统的精度用标准半球进行校验,测得圆度误差仅为0.163μm。
A tester specifically for measuring theform-position error andsurface roughness of theinternal cone surface of a needle valve seat is developed.The measuring system consists of ameasuring bar with a rectangular bend,a cylindrical grating displacement sensor with holo-graphic diffraction and an air-floated precision rotating table,The resolution of the sensor is0. 005 μm and the roundness measuring error of the tester is only 0. 163 μm as checked by thehemispherical glass roundness standard.
