摘要
研究了一种以可编程序控制器为控制单元的大功率轴快流CO_2激光器的逻辑控制系统,给出其电气控制硬件结构和软件逻辑控制方案设计,并以光闸动作为例,说明了PC机控制软件及梯形图的设计思想和特点,该系统工作可靠,修改维护方便,完全满足激光器的工作要求。
The operation and characteristics of the high power fast axial flow CO2 laser is briefly described and a logic control system with programmable controller as CU is presented.Thesystem hardware configuration and logic control scheme are described.With the shutter asan example, the design idea and the features of the PC control program and its ladder dia-gram are given. The shortcomings of the conventional relay logic control circuit have been-overcome and the laser stability is improved by a more friendly service interface.
