摘要
论述用高速DSP系统实现运动带钢焊缝识别的硬件构成、软件流程以及焊缝识别的具体算法。这种识别方法是可靠有效的,能将焊缝与带钢表面的锈斑、孔洞、重皮等区分开来。
he hardware architecture and software flow as well as an algorith for welding seamrecognition achieved with a high speed DSP system are discussed.The system is found to bereliable and capable of distinguishing between the rust spots,holes or skin laminations in awelding seam and those on a strip.
