摘要
建立了半导体致冷器温度控制系统的数学模型,介绍了该系统控制器参数的整定方法,分析了不稳定性因素和温度测量中的非线性误差,提出了非线性校正的两种方法。该系统适用于光电子器件的精密温度控制。
The mathematical model for a temperature control system has been developed.Themethod of setting up the controller parameter is described. The instability of the system andthe nonlinear error in temperature measurement are discussed.Two methods of correctingthe non-linearity are proposed.The temperature measurement error is less than 0.1℃andthe steady-state temperature fluctuation is less than 0.02℃。The system is suitable for usein the precision control of the temperature of photoelectrical devices.
