全细胞记录模式影响肥大细胞分泌的机制

The Effects of Whole Cell Recording Mode on the Secretory Response of the Mast Cell

利用细胞膜电容监测技术和显微镜形态观察的方法，研究了全细胞记录模式对肥大细胞分泌反应的影响。结果表明，机械力与电场力对细胞分泌反应有一定的抑制作用，胞浆内离子和活性小分子的冲洗流失则是影响分泌反应的根本原因。最后提出了全细胞记录模式对肥大细胞分泌反应的作用机制。

With the monitoring of cell membrane capacitance and by observation of the microscopicmorphology,the effects of the whole cell recording mode on the secretory response of mastcells are studied.The results show that both the mechanical force and electric field force in-hibit the secretory response to a certain extent and the wash-out of intracellular ions andsmall active molecules is the essential cause.The mechanism of the effects of the whole cellrecording mode on the secretory response of the mast cell is given.
