摘要
对采用多弧镀方法在CH75热作模具钢表面沉积的TiN与(Ti,Al)N膜的抗氧化性与抗热疲劳性能进行了研究.(Ti,Al)N膜具有比TiN膜高的硬度、韧性、高温抗氧化性和抗热疲劳性能,分析表明,由于Al的选择性氧化形成的A1_2O_3保护层,是(Ti,Al)N膜具有优良高温抗氧化性能和抗热疲劳性能的原因。
The oxidation and thermal fatigue resisting ability of TiN and(Ti,Al)N films depositedby multi- arc ion- plating on hot work steel type CH75 is studied.The hardness,tQughness,oxidation resistance and thermal fatigue of(Ti, Al)N films at high temperatures are superiorto those of TiN films. It is shown that the better performance of (Ti,Al)N films is attribut-ed to the formation of a protective layer of Al2O3 formed by selective oxidation of Al.
