摘要
用俄歇能谱仪、电子显微镜和WJ-10型机械式万能材料试验机,分析了奥氏体热作模具钢的晶界成分,观察了晶界组织,测试了钢的力学性能,结果表明:微量元素硼偏聚于晶界,抑制了氧和磷的晶界内吸附,改善了晶界性能,提高了钢的高温塑性。
The composition and microstructure on the grain boundary of teh austenitic hot work diesteel are investigated by Auger electron spectroscopy(AES)and scanning electron mi-croscopy(SEM),respectively. The mechanical properties are tested with a WJ-10 typetester.The results show that the intracrystalline absorption of oxygen and phosphorus dueto the segregation of element B on the grain boundary is restrained and the properties on thegrain boundary as well as the high-temperature plasticity of the steel are improved.
