摘要
从甘蓝型油菜×埃塞俄比亚芥和芥菜型油菜×甘蓝型油菜中,分别获得了稳定的甘蓝型油菜细胞质雄性不育材料NE398和JN223。NE398在恢保关系上与波里马细胞质雄性不育系趋向一致,部分材料对低温较敏感。JN223的遗传基础显然不同于NE398,它除了具芥菜型油菜的细胞质外,还对低温不敏感。对这两类材料已分别转育出双低雄性不育系,不育度多在90%以上。讨论了通过种间杂交创造新的不育系,拓宽甘蓝型油菜不育胞质类型的重要性。
New cytoplasmic male sterile lines of B. nqpus, NE398 and JN223, were bred through interspecific hybridization,B. napus×B. carinata and B.juncea×B. napus respectively. NE398 had a similar relationship with Polima CMS on restoring-maintaining aspect. Some of the material of NE398 was sensitive to low temperature. The genetic background of JN223 was obviously different from that of NE398. It had a cytoplasm of B. juncea,and was not sensitive to low temperature. Male sterile lines with low erucic acid and low glucosinolated characteristics had been bred from NE398 and JN223 separately, in which the degrees of male sterility were higher than 90%.It was discussed that interspecific hybridization is are essential way to create new cms lines and to enrich the germplasm resource of male-sterile cytoplamic lines of B. napus.
