番茄成熟突变基因的生理生化效应分析 被引量:2

摘要 比较5个番茄成熟等基因系的乙烯生成量、多聚半乳糖醛酸酶(PG)和果胶甲酯酶(PE)等生理生比指标表明:基因rin具有对乙稀释放量和PG、PE活性抑制的综合效应;r对果实成熟的抑制主要表现在对乙烯释放量的抑制作用;Nr则表现为对PG和PE的抑制效应;t抑制效应较差;几个突变基因对果实成熟过程均有抑制效应。突变等基因系与Wt在品质上没有明显差异。 Ethylene production , polygalactuoronase(PG) and pectinesterase(PE) activities in 4 isogenic tomato lines were compared with the recurrent parent line of wild type(Wt).The results show that the gene rin has the characteristic of reducing ethylene production rate, and PG and PE activities; the main effect of gene r was the inhibition of ethylene evolution; but gene Nr only inhibits PG and PE activities in the extention in the fruit storage. Effect of gene t was lower in decrease of PG and PE activities and ethylene evolution than those of genes rin,r,and Nr. All of the mutant genes could affect the ripening of tomato fruit. There were no significant differences in the nutrient qualities in the isogenic lines of ripening mutant genes compared with those of the wild type.
