摘要
在土培条件下,对棉花喷施乙烯的抑制剂(CoCl_2)、拮抗剂(STS)和促进剂(Eth),研究其对棉花营养和产量的影响。结果表明:缺硼使棉花叶片及蕾的乙烯释放量增加。调节棉花乙烯释放量,能改变棉花叶片过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶的活性,影响棉花叶片N、P、K的含量,并最终影响棉花的产量。
The experiments were conducted under soil culture condition to study the effects of ethylene regulators,includes the inhibitor(CoCl_2),antagonist(STS) and the promoter(Eth),on nutrition and yield of cotton. The results indicate that the release of ethylene in cotton leaves and squares were increased while B-deficiency. That can change the activities of peroxidase (POD) and polyphenol-oxidase (PPO), influence the content of N,P,K in leaves, alter the yield and height of cotton after we regulate the release of ethylene.
