建鲤卵和仔鱼发育阶段生化成分的变化 被引量:4

摘要 研究了建鲤Cyprinuscarpiovar.uian卵和仔鱼的水分、钠、钾、脂肪和蛋白质的含量变化。结果表明含水量在卵的整个发育阶段基本保持在83.5%~84.5%之间,仔鱼发育初期含水量74%~75%,当其初次摄食后即上升到85%左右并保持上升趋势。初孵仔鱼卵黄囊含水量约为57.5%,远较躯体含水量92.78%低。钠、钾离子的含量在卵和仔鱼发育期间波动剧烈。脂肪在卵的发育期间无明显变化,在仔鱼首次摄食时降到最低值,此后逐渐回升。蛋白质含量从卵到仔鱼首次摄食前呈明显下降趋势,摄食后其含量明显上升。 The content changes of water,sodium, potassium,lipid ,and insoluble protein in eggs and larvae of Jian carp,Cyprinus carpio var.jian during development were studied. The moisture of the eggs before and after fertilization till hatching was about 83.5%~85.5%. The moisture of newly-hatched larvae was 74.0%~75.0%,then raised to about 85%at first feeding stage and continued to increase during development.The yolk of the larvae contained about 57.5%water,which was much lower than their body water content (92. 78%).This decreased the buoyancy of the larvae.However,the newly hatched larvae had larval adhesive organs which could prevent the larvae gravitation. The contents of sodium and potassium after egg fertilization and larvae hatching varied dramatically. The content of protein decreased steadily throughout egg and larval development until first feeding. The consumption of lipid only appeared at the period from larvae newly hatching to first feeding. The linear regessions of their contents against time were rather abvious.
