光质对光敏核不育水稻叶绿素蛋白复合体的影响

摘要 在光敏核不育水稻(PGMR)农垦58s光敏感期内进行暗期光间断(R、R+FR、R+FR+R)以及暗期无间断(SD)处理后,采用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法,从58s的叶绿体内分离出6条色素带。依其迁移率分别命名为CPI、LHCp ̄1、CPa、LHCp ̄2、CPa’、FC。经R和R+FR+R间断暗期后,CPa’的吸收峰只有痕迹,而R+FR和SD处理,CPa’的吸收峰很明显。在同样条件下,农垦58无论用何种光质间断暗期都没有出现CPa’。因此,认为CPa’是与育性表达有关并受光敏色素调节的叶绿素蛋白复合体。R间断暗期后,CPa的吸收峰明显偏向短波光。LHCP ̄1、LHCP ̄2的吸收光谱在红区和蓝区均为双峰曲线,表明其叶绿素b含量较高。 PGMR Nongken 58s was treated with light-interrupted dark period(R,R +FR, R+FR+R )and SD during its lightsensitive period. Six chlorophyll-containing bands were separated from chloroplusts in the treated Nongken 58s through SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, Those bands were separately designated, according to their electrophoretic mobilites,as CPI,LHCP1,CPa,LHCP2 , CPa' and FC. The absorption peak of CPa' could hardly be detected when interrupted by R and R + FR + R. However , it was significant if treated with R +FR and SD, On the other hand , CPa' could not be separated from Nongken 58 on the same condition, So it might be concluded that CPa' was the chlorophyllprotein complexes which was probably controled by phytochrome and related to fertility.The absorption peak of CPa apparently tended to short waves. The spectra of both LHCP1 and LHCP2 were double-peak curves in red and blue regions,This was probably because of the higher concentration of chlorophyll-b.
