摘要
茶叶未经80%乙醇浸提,浓缩浸提液,用Y型树脂柱层析分离茶多酚和叶绿素。茶多酚与叶绿素的提取率分别为80%和74.6%,同时研究了在加压条件下添加CO2脱除咖啡因的新方法,并探讨了此法脱除茶多酚中所含咖啡因的机理。
TP (tea polyphenols) and chlorophyll were obtained by soaking green tea with 80% ethyl alcohol with the extraction rates of TP and chlorophyll being 80% and 74.6% respectively, For the first time, the concentrated mixture were separated into individual components by the column chromatography packed Y type resin. The elute of TP was fur ther concentrated refined by EtoAC and reacted on CO2 to reduce the content of caffeine.
