研究了与等周不等式有关的约束极小问题：这里，Ω为Ｒ２中的有界区域，证明了如下结论：对于，只要，且，则上述极小可达．
in the paper, we study a constrained minimization problemwhere Ω is a bounded domain in R2, and Q(v)is defined asWe prove that for ∈(Ω,R3), if∧0,Q()≠ 1,and ∈(Ω,R3),then the above minimization can be achieved.
