摘要
合成了水溶性meso-四[4-二甲基-(α-乙酸苯胺基)铵苯基]卟啉[简称T(4-AMAP)P].并用分光光度法研究了它与Cu(Ⅱ)的显色反应,确立了最佳配位条件,测定了配合物的摩尔吸光系数以及配合物的组成.该方法可用于水中痕量铜的测定.
A new water soluble porphine,meso-tetrakis[P-(a-ace-tanilideyl) dimethylammoniumphenyl]porphine chloride [T(4-AMAP)P] was synthesized、Its colour reaction with copper(Ⅱ)was studied by spectrophotometry.Suitable reac tion condition were established.The molar absorptivities (ε=5. 29×105L· mol-1·cm-1)and connposition of the complex(1:1) Were also determined. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~100ppb for copper(Ⅱ).The method can be applied to the determinationof microamounts of on(Ⅱ)in water.
