摘要
探明了生长调节剂B9与6-BA分别加上8HQ、蔗糖、柠檬酸对蕾期采收的金盏菊切花的保鲜效果.各种处理都对切花的含糖量、瓶插寿命和水分状况有一定影响.而尤以8HQ+蔗糖+柠檬酸+6-BA的组合效果最佳,使金盏菊切花的瓶插寿命比对照延长1倍多.
The effects of plant growth regulators such as B9. 6-BA togethor with8HQ.sucrose and CA on the vase-life of bud cut calendula officinalis.L.werestudied. The results showed that each pretreatment effected the sugar quantity, thevase life and the water of the cut flower.The best treatment was 8HQ +CA+Sucrose+6-BA,which prolonged the longevity for more than one times, comparedto the control.
