本文简述了建设项目财务评价中的３种分析及其具体指标。同时，就如何运用该指标体系对建设项目的财务效益进行判断作了详细的分析，并对提高财务评价及决策水平提出了几点建议。

Three kinds of economic analysis in financial appraisal as well as everyindexes have been discribed briefly,The way to adjudge financial profit by usingthese finacial indicators has been analyzed in detail.Some suggestions on improvingboth financial appraisal and dicision rnaking are also put forward in this paper.
