The Synthesis and Application of a Flame Retardant of High Molecular Weight──Polyphenyl Phosphate

缩聚磷酸苯酯是一种阻燃性能优良、挥发性低、热稳定性好、不影响制品机械性能的新型大分子量磷系阻燃剂。本文论述了缩聚磷酸苯酯阻燃剂的合成、性能及在塑料阻燃方面的应用。

The manufacture process and the characteristics of polyphenyl phosphate were discussed．The performance of the polyphenyl phosphate as flame retardant was preliminary examined.The result indi-cated that polyphenyl phosphate is a high molecular weight flame retardant with good fireproofing effective-ness,low volatile and high thermal stability,and it hardly influences the mechanic strength of the plastics into which it was added．
