摘要
本文提出了一段法熔融还原热法磷酸新工艺,即在熔融磷矿和Re-P-C熔池下部喷吹煤—氧,在熔池上部喷吹氧气,含P_2O_5的炉气经吸收塔后制得磷酸。该工艺与传统热法磷酸工艺相比,能耗低,流程短,投资少,可以用煤和氧代替电能和焦炭。
In this paper,the new process of direct making phosphorus acid by smelting reduction of phosphorus ore is suggested based on the experience in smelting reduction for iron-making,lead-making,cop-per-making and the laboratory investigation on the reduction of phosphorus ore by solid carbon,Fe-C-P melt and CO gas in smelting condition.The new process uses coal and oxygen or air instead of electric and coke in traditional process.The new process could not only save energy,but also simplify the process contrast to the traditional pyro-puocess of the making phosphorus acid.
