摘要
本文在同时保证扁平绕带式压力容器环向与轴向的静力(包括层间摩擦力)平衡条件均得到满足的前提下,导出了更具一般性的扁平绕带式压力容器的极限压力下限解,给出了预测其内筒是以环向还是以轴向方式爆破的Ac判据。对已有的爆破试验数据验算的结果表明:采用Ac判据对容器内筒爆破方式的预测都是正确的;本文公式计算的爆破压力理论值总是小于实测值,最大误差的绝对值为14%。
he low limit solution of limiting pressure of commonflal ribbon-wound pressure vessels was derived under thecondition of satisfying the equiponderation of both circularstatic force and axial static force(including frictional forcebetween layers)of flat ribbon-wound pressure vessels,andthe Ac criterion was given of predicting the circular explo-sion or the axial explosion in the inner layer. The resulr ofexplosion data showed that the Ac criterion could predictthe explosion patterns in the inner layer correctly,the cal-culated theory value of exlilosion pressure in the paper waslower than the measured value, and the absolute value ofmaximum errors was 14%.
