本文阐述了中国是球化学工程公司在设计改革中加速实现三个转变（由事业单位转变为现代化企业；由设计院转变为工程公司；由面向一个市场转变为面向两个市场）以及适应新形势拓宽咨询业务的主要做法和体会。

his paper expounded the main way to achieve three transformations in China Huanqiu Chemical Engineering Company,i.e. transformations from an institution to a modern enterprise; from a design institute to an engineering company;from facing with one market to two markets.In addition,experience with launching the consultation activity for purpose of adaptation to the new situation was also presented.
