摘要
本文为解决我国硫酸钾长期短缺、大量进口而推出的新工艺、新技术。沿海产盐区用兑卤法生产氯化钾消耗高、严重亏损,作者以发展的相平衡理论为基础,在常温下晒制钾肥或用“氨化法制取硫酸钾”形成溴、镁、钠、钾综合利用网络。该工艺制取钾盐转化率高、成本低,将海盐苦卤转废为宝、净化海域,能提高沿海地区卤水化工和环境保护的整体经济效益,使硫酸钾肥国产化,可节约大量外汇,值得在沿海地区因地制宜地推广应用。
This article introduces the new technology for solving potassium sulphate shortage of our country.Producing KCL by adding bittern process leads to high production quota and serious losing.On the basis of development balance theory,the author suggests producing potassium sulphate by shining upon the potash fertilizer or ammoniation,forming bromine,magnesium,sodium,potassium comprehensive utillzation network.This kind of technology for producing sylvite has a efficient transformation and low price,the sea water can be purified by the beneficial materials that changed from sea salt bittern.It will not only raise the economic benefit of bittern chemical industry and environmental protection in coastal areas,but also make the nationalization of potassium sulphate industry and save a lot of foreign exchange.So the method could be applied according to the local conditions in the coastal areas.
