摘要
本文介绍了在天然香料分离技术3方面的研究工作:(1)天然香料提取工艺与设备的研究,以桔皮油、山苍子油、桂油为例,说明提取芳香精油新工艺具有出油率高、设备简单等优点;(2)精油及浸膏的深度加工,以山苍子油提柠檬醛和茉莉浸膏制取茉莉净油为例,介绍了精油单离和浸膏精制的研究工作;(3)天然香料的一些新型分离方法初探,介绍了水扩散技术和超临界技术在提取天然香料中的应用。
In this paper,research work on the separation technologies of natural perfume are introduced mainly in the following 3 areas:l.Process and equipmentt of natural perfume separation.Tangerine peel oil,Litsea Cubeba oil and Chinese Cinnamon oil are taken as technological examples to show advantages of the new technology of essential oil separation,such as high productivity and less complicated equipment. 2.Deep process of essential oil and concrete.Instanced in the manufacture of citric aldehyde form Litsea Cubeba oil and Jasminum absolute form Jasminum concrete,the research on the single-separation of essential oil and the refinary of concrete is illustrated. 3.Primilary explore of some new separation techniques of natural perfume.The use of hydrodiffusion and supercritical extration in the production of natural perfume is introduced.
