摘要
本文包含三方面内容。1.通过改变酶膜的厚度及改变电极的制作方法,讨论分子氧对介体电极响应的影响;2.分析了介体泄漏与电极基线电流大小的关系,通过选择在液态石蜡中低溶解度介体与优化实验条件来提高电极的使用寿命。3.用Nafion膜去除电活性物质的干扰。
Some affecting factors on the performance of glucose oxidase
electrode were discussed in this paper. The effect of oxygen contents on the response of mediated electrode was studied against the varied thickness of enzyme film and different construction methods. The relationship between the leakage of entrapped mediator and the base current of studied electrode was discussed Mediator with low solubility in liquid paraffin was used to improve the life time of titled electrode. The influence of some electroactive species was discussed and it was diminished through the assembling of Nafion membrane.
