电流型蒙脱石修饰碳糊电极测定磺胺类药物的研究 被引量:1

摘要 #本文报道磺胺类化合物在蒙脱石修饰碳糊电极上的伏安特性。循环伏安图显示,在0.01mol/LKCl-HCl(pH=2.0)溶液中,仅有氧化电流,是一类不可逆的电极过程。峰电位分别为:磺胺+1.01V,磺胺脒+0.93V,磺胺二甲嘧啶+0.99V。对这三种化合物的测定进行了研究,发现在KCl-HCl溶液中开路富集后,介质交换到0.01mol/L KCl中,用微分脉冲伏安法测定,峰电流与浓度的关系有较大的线性范围,检出限分别为2.30,1.10和0.67μg/ml。该电极有很强的抗干扰能力。用这一方法直接测定尿液中磺胺脒的残留量,效果良好。 The voltammetric behaviours of sulfanilamide, sulfaguanidine and sulfadimidine at the montmorillonite modified carbon paste electrode is discussed. The cyclic voltammograms of these compounds in 0.01M KC1-HC1 ( pH = 2.0 ) solution exhibited only the oxidation peak at 1.01V 0.93V and 0,99V (vs. Ag/AgC1 ) respectively, and were found to undergo an irreversible 2-electron process. The determination of these compounds by differential pulse voltammetry with titled modified carbon paste electrode ( 10%w/w ) were studied. The relation between peak current and concentration of these compounds showed a good linearity. This method was used to determine the sulfaguanidine in urine and satisfactory results were obtained.
