摘要
本文研究了新显色剂邻硝基苯重氮氨基偶氮苯与镉的显色反应,在非离子表面活性剂Tri-tonX-100存在下,于pH9.7的硼砂—氢氧化纳介质中,该试剂与镉形成1:3的红色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于505nm处,摩尔吸光系数ε=9.13×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。镉量在0—16μg/25m范围内符合比耳定律。方法用于铝合金和环境水样中镉的测定,结果满意。
A highly senstive cslor reaction of cadmium with o - nitrobenzenediazoaminoa-zobenzene(NDAA) has been studied in this paper, In the presence of Tritonx-100 andafpH9. 7(Na2B4O7-NaOH) ,cadmium( Ⅱ ) reacts with NDAA to form a red com-ple(x with a ratio of 1 : 3 The complex has a maximum absorption af 505nm with a molar absooptivity of 9. 13 X 104 μmol-1. cm-1 Beer' s Law is obeyed in the ramge of 0-16μg/25ml of cadmium ( Ⅰ ) ,The method has been applied ti determine of cadmium ( Ⅱ ) in aluminumalloy and tnvuronmenfal water samples with safisfaitory results
