摘要
含高浓度硫化氢的可燃性气体在用半导体传感器检测前必须分离。本文在比较了几种柱吸附材料分离效果的基础上,选用了β,β’一氧二丙腈柱吸附材料来分离硫化氢和可燃性气体。混合气体中的低碳烃类气体(甲烷,乙烷,丙烷,丙烯)首先脱附流入半导体传感器进行检测,硫化氢被排回废气管道。本方法具有分离速度快,分离完全等优点。
Rapid separation between combustible gases and coexisted hydrogen sulfide has been studied in order to determine combustible gases by semiconductor sensor without poisoning. It is found that [β, β'-oxydipro-pionitrile exhibits an excellent separating ability among several tested materials in column adsorption. Low carbon hydrocarbons in the mixed gases ( e. g. methane, ethane, propane and propene ) are desorpted from column firstly before hydrogen sulfide. As the result, the hydrogen sulfide could be removed from the column prior to other gases, and then enter the semiconductor sensor detection cell.
