摘要
采用吸附法提取分离紫草细胞培养液中的紫草素。研究了几种吸附剂(包括无机吸附剂和吸附树脂)对紫草素的吸附与解吸。结果发现:大孔树脂HD-1效果较好,每毫升湿树脂的吸附量可达8.69mg/mL,解吸率达96%以上。与传统的萃取法相比,有机溶剂用量减少60倍左右,节省动力消耗,简化操作,大大降低分离成本,有利于工业化。
Using adsorbents,shikonin drivatatives were isolatated from cell cultures of Lithosper-mum erythrorhizon. Several adsorbents'qualities of adsorption and desorption were studied(including inorganic adsorbents and adsorption resins).Better effect was abtained with one ofadsorption resins,of which the capacity of adsorption achieves 8. 69 mg/mL(wet resin)andthe proportion of desorption is above 9 6%. Comparing with the traditional extraction , theconsumption of organic solvent was saved as much as 60 times or so. Also,the procedure waseasier to handle and the isolatinn cost was cut down greatly.So,it is of great benifit in indus-trialization.
