摘要
在间歇搅拌釜中,为提高反应速率,探索工厂氧化反应器的操作条件,进行空气流量,釜压及催化剂浓度的正交试验,并进行对二甲苯(Px)和对甲基苯甲酸甲酯(PTE)合并氧化的动力学研究,所得数据关联成PX氧化5个组分的简化速率方程。研究表明,传质影响在我化反应中是明显的,为提高生产能力,必须改善氧化反应的传质条件。
Orthogonal experiments of air flow rate,total pressure andcatalyst coneentration wereundertaken to research for process conditions of oxidizing reactors which are operated in achemical plant in order for increasing reaction rate and the reaction kinetics of p-xylene togeth-er with methyl p-toluate was studied in a batch stirred tank.The data obtained were correlatedby a set of simplified rate equations of p-xylene oxidation which contians five components. Ex-perimental data indicated that the effect of mass transfer is significant in oxidation reaction,and it must be improved in order to increailie the productivity of the equipment.
