The synthesis of the Rcichistein’s compound RS-21 acetate by absidriaorchidis and thenproducing hydrocortisone was studied.Myselium which had been cultured for 24 hours at pH6. 0 and the concentration of base substance 0.2%, had the best oxidation. The reaction hadshort period and high yield.The period was 24 hours.
