摘要
探讨了采用Mo-Sb-O复合氧化物催化剂,由甲醇的氧化酯化反应合成甲酸甲酯。文中考察了反应温度、催化剂晶格、接触时间对甲醇转化率的影响,测试了催化剂性能,扼要探讨了该催化反应的机理。
Synthesis of methyl formate by oxidative esterification of methanol over Mo-Sb-O cata-lysts was studied.The influences of reaction temperature, catalyst crystal lattice ,contact timeon the conversion of methanol were investigated,the properties of catalysts made were tested,and the reaction mechanism was briefly studied.The combination of MoO_3 with Sb_2O_4 resultedin improving catalytic activity for the formation of methly formate and lowering reaction tem-perature is compared with the component oxides. Catalysis is unselective at the initial stage ofmethanol oxidation,but the selectivity for methly formate is greatly enhanced in the course ofreactiOn,In steady state, the Mo-Sb-O catalyst is in partially reduced state,which is expectedto give rise to the formation of the mixed oxide of Mo-Sb-O. Within the three mixed oxidephases of the Mo-Sb-O system,Sb_2Mo_(10)O_(31)(Y phase)is active for oxidative esterification ofmethanol,but less active for oxidative esterification of other alcohols. The oxidation to methylformate is considered to proceed by 2 steps via formation of formaldehyde.
